Marco`s Pizza in Tucson

We went in to the store and placed our order. They said 15 mins. We went to store next door and came back in 10 mins. We got back and sat in the lobby for 25 minutes waiting. We finally asked them and our pizza had been sitting there for the whole time. No one bothered to check it and 4 employees were standing around. People that had come in 10 mins after us got there food first. They were not apologetic about it either nor did they even offer parm cheese and peppers. Not a good experience!

The pizza was disgusting, I would rather eat bowling alley pizza then this. Also, the desert was nasty. You would have to pour the sauce from a packet. Me and my family will never order there again!!

Just ordered a pizza with a coupon and a 2 liter. With the coupon and the 2 liter it should have been 21.00 before taxes and delivery charge with tax it should have been around 27.00 and they changed me 32.00 and the manager refused to fix it. I’m a very regular customer. She said she ran it for 27 and change but the text alert from the transaction shows 32.58. I partially retract some of this. Delivery driver showed up who has delivered to me often, I showed him the transaction text alert and they refunded my money for the entire order

Regularly order from this store, great pizza, great service!

I’m not sure about other locations but this one, on La Canada and Lambert has consistently had garbage customer service. I’ve tried them tons of times because they’re conveniently close to where I work, I’ll stop going for a while because of their attitudes but then try again months later hoping for better, but in the two years I’ve NEVER had a pleasant experience. They’re rude and lazy, and I’m done.

Good pizza great prices never had a bad one from him

We will never Know if it's any good:We were craving pizza after being on the road for a month. Knowing Valentine Day would be busy, we called at 1:30 to see if we could choose a time and if they delivered to our place. They said yes and even had us talk with their delivery driver. All was good, so we set up a 6:00 pm delivery. By 6:30 no pizza, so I called and they said they could not find us and the phone # didn’t work. Promised to try again and no charge. Well by 7:30 still no pizza and no call. Claimed the phone message was not available. Funny how I could call them. Bottom line, never got a pizza and ended up with Whataburger.

I usually love this place and the customer service is always great! I came in today ordered and paid with cash, the guy said it would be 20 minutes. I left and came back got my order and as I'm in my car about to leave one of the employee's comes and tells me that the other employee's said I didn't pay. I pointed at the receipt and told him "I paid cash" he didn't even look at it and said "I believe you but they said you didnt pay", then told me to have a great day. The receipt said (Paid cash) I just found it odd and unprofessional that they would give me my order without looking at the receipt showing it was paid then chase me down and accuse me of not paying.

Abundant toppings on the Specialty pizza. Buffalo Wings are also good. Delivery is on point. Well worth the price. Have recommended to friends and family.***Wow...Receive loyalty discounts via email*** Just saved $$$ on my order

Waited an hour for our subs that were supposed to take “25-30” min. Had my daughter wait for the food since I was going to be late for work. Luckily we were in deferent cars.

Favorite all time pizza place always beautifully made and presented always feel the love in this pizza and its always a pleasant ordering with them.

No complaints, it's good pizza to the point. Go grab yourself a slice and break away from your routine franchise.

After an employee mistake "Wendy" the manager handled the situation with utmost professionalism. I have owned businesses before my retirement and I would be proud to have her work for me.We will be going back. Thank you for a fantastic Pizza with Black olives

My first time trying there food and it was pretty good.

There was a area manager there very rude, and refused to give me what I ordered. I told her I would not be doing business there no more, and she replied we don't need your business. Very childish and rude. I reported her to the corporate office, but they probably didn't do anything to her. I wouldn't recommend this Marco's because of bad customer service. Paul Padia

Great Pizza. Mounds of cheese put on. Watched them make it. Made me more hungry.

This happened sometime ago mind you when I went in there was a smell I could not place it smelled like something was bad so I asked them about the smell the woman at the front counter decided to blame it on the Asians next door so I left went to the Asian neighbors next door to see if I could smell anything similar I did not so I will not be going back again for the fact that pretty sure she was lying about where the smell was comeing frum

Pizza was pretty bad. Commercial looked good, but actual pizza was toast with ketchup on top. 🤣

Awesome job on the pizza made me want to order off them again! And I will!

Great wings and pizza is amazing

So get this, it was my 1st time ever at Marcos Pizza , seen commercials and was told good things about this place do I go to The location on Golf links and Wilmont my order came to $11.43 I had a $50 bill and the girl in the front called someone from the back who was making a pizza it was a female, who told the cashier that I had given my money too and she said there’s a sign that says nothing over $20 I told her where? I don’t see the sign? She walked to the front and she herself could not pony out the sign and told me in a very rude manner that she could not take my $50 . You would think that businesses hurting right now because of Covid-19 they would make an excemption but no. I will NEVER come to this place again

Everything was great. Nice and hot. Salad was fresh. Friendly and helpful employees. Prices are good too. We are Happy Customers. 😉

Wendy is so sweet! She always gives great service and has such a great attitude, the food is delicious but she's the reason I keep coming back to this location! So friendly.

The pizza was one, if not, the best I have had and I have had many.

Ordered my pizzas online, supposed to ready by 6:55, get here and the order was barely being prepared, told me it was going to be another 15 mins, the young man with the messy hair, was not wearing gloves, neither was the young girl with the long hair, her hands were all over the countertops, then she handled the pizzas, wasn't offered a drink or a concession of any kind, one young lady who had short hair, at least she wore gloves, but disappeared, then when it was time for them to give me my pizzas, it was wrong, so I left, was very disappointed, because, they're not in my neighborhood, and drove out of my way for their apparently good pizza
